Actual Result - No error message prompted. User can request another TAC in same session within 1hour.

Error repeated after passed Internal Test - Request For TAC within 1 hour in the same session
Expected result - View error message to bar the request if the request is within the 1 hour in the same session.

Updated the TAC configuration. For reference/knowledge sharing:
#TAC timeout in Sec#TAC_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT denotes validity of life span in second for TAC
#TAC_LIFTSPAN_TIMEOUT denotes the validity of life span second after the 1st used
#TAC_REPEAT_TIMEOUT denotes the time in second allowed for next TAC generation
TAC_LIFTSPAN_TIMEOUT=3600
TAC_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=3600
TAC_MAX_ERROR=3
TAC_REPEAT_TIMEOUT=3600
- 20090420 incorp max used of TAC
TAC_MAX_USE=999
Please retest.
Note: 3600 seconds is 1 hour

Actual Result - Error message will shown if the request done within 1 hour period in the same session. Hence, User unable to request another TAC in same session within 1 hour
