Request:
To add 2 additional KWSP payment type:
1) Late Payment
2) Dividen

There will be changes required to Bill Payment Agent file send to ICBS as below:

Service Type - Late Payment
Reference 1 – No Majikan / Employer No – 9 bytes
Reference 2 – Contribution Month + [L] + Serial Number (5 Digit-leading zeros) – 12 bytes
Reference 3 – Employer Name (60 bytes)

Service Type - Dividen Payment
Reference 1 – No Majikan / Employer No – 9 bytes
Reference 2 – [Contribution Month] + [D] + Serial Number (5 Digit-leading zeros) – 12 bytes
Reference 3 – Employee Name ( 60 bytes)
