Hi Akmal,

The business msg id you using got duplicate id in NRT database, i already handle in code level and i add in throw error message invalid upload file when the file format not match. Please test again after deployment done by today.

Successfully tested.
To confirm on Maximum Refund setting.

Checked at MERCHANT MANAGEMENT>Merchant Profile Management> Merchant Details, Maximum Refund Allowed (%) is set to 100.
But hit error "Exceed Refund Amount" for transaction Refund Amount=RM30 with Original Amount=RM50 .
Kindly assist.

Previously refund maximum settings not getting from merchant profile, issue fixed and please try again after deployment done by today.
