Finding
1) missing data at table BIB_BULKPAYMENT
2) found several error related to database near initiate time
3) no error found at initiate time
Conclusion
1) Suspect unable to insert to database when initiate due heavy traffic.
Solution
1) Since data unable verify or cancel. Our suggestion to update the data to dummy data at database level.
Issue closed in SCP.
