Looks like the requirement is not entirely complete. Would you be able to clarify with the user?

- No information for helpdesk number when called from overseas. M2U is using +62 21 500 611, can I copy the same?
- Indonesian notification has some mixed English wording in it. (E.g.: in country, local atau overseas),
- I changed PT. Bank BII PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk.
- What about PIN Mailer? Is the content already correct?
- What about PIN Letter?
