Description
As per BRS the rules is Numeric only. Tie to the beneficiary bank. Up to 20 numbers.
Test Result:Enter 17 digit number - transaction unsuccessful.
Comment: Shall we create different rule for each bank based on payment type (refer attachment - account number length excel) - this to avoid User to enter invalid account

We can make a rule to check the account length based on the selected Bank, but we also need an additional field to get the To Account Type as well. I need a confirmation if this is acceptable.
