1. At Admin>Organization>Master Custody Account>Add>Search, please click search with blank Master Account to list all Master Code.
Check if there are any Master Code listed.

2. At Database, check table CUSTODY_AC, column MAST_AC_CODE.
Check if the Master Code is recorded.

3. If still not available, check cronjob or SchedulerUtils program setting.
Setting file is BatchLoader.properties, check parameter customer.batch.file.
This file should be updated regularly.
