Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Please help to check on issue user unable to perform bulk payment transaction in CMS.
Initiatior already create the bulk payment transaction, however the transaction is not visible in verifier screen.
Please proceed to further check on this issue.
All the related logs were placed at below dir:
\\10.20.8.50\Insert Here\IB Logs\12082020

[[We found that there are hibernate errors could not load an entity through the reported timestamp.
Proposed solution to change the hibernate static session to non-static session.
This changes will required BAU for whole CMS
Summary of reported issues as below:
Bulk Payment
Issue: Approver not able to view the transaction
Findings: Tried to login with verifier to verify transaction, status displayed in CMS is Pending Approval, however status in DB is still Pending Verify - status is not updated
Timestamp - 17:21
IBG
Issue: Verifier verified the transaction. However CMS displayed as Pending Verify
Findings: Suspect due to the same issue as Bulk Payment, status is not updated.
Requested customer to reinitiate transaction, transaction did not appear in verifier list.
Rentas - suspected is Bulk Payment Rentas
Issue: Amount debited at CORE but was not credited to bene
Findings: transaction only inserted to Rentas Details table, sequence of insert to table:
Rentas Detail > Receipt > Company Transaction > Bulk > Bulk Details
