Fixed batch job at SIT and UAT. Please request Khairul Firas to test Rebilling at SIT or UAT.

Issue:
At IBAM>File Enquiry, Rebilling Auto Debit shows the same count for Total Records and Total Transactions.
Example, value shows:
Total Records = 5
Total Transactions = 5

Value should be:
Total Records = 7
Total Transactions = 5

Cause:
Cronjob for Rebilling did not count header and footer for Auto Debit total record.

Solution:
Update Rebilling Cronjob to add 2 to Total Records.
