Tested. But found another issue as below
- Disclaimer checkbox display as checked if checkbox did not ticked at details page. Kindly display disclaimer checkbox as unchecked.
- Currently Address 1, ID type and ID number field is required if disclaimer is checked. Kindly remove Address 1 as required.
