"Suspend / Activiate/ Terminate currently does not route to bank for approval (like item above 121)
Question
If I suspend on 24-Aug, the effective start date should be updated to the date of suspending?"

Second level authentication added to suspend, activate and terminate action and effective date will update to current datetime after approved, please test after deployment done.
