Reported issue:
Customer unable to click tac request button when using the Safari browser.

Root Cause:
Upon checking, the safari HTML content doesn't follow the screen when user scroll. Thus, makes the content un-clickable because safari considers the content location is at the outside of the boundary.
The current HTML height was 100%, for browser other than safari it will detect this height to cover for the whole screen including the scrolling content.
Unfortunately, the safari browser does not cover the whole screen.

The solution given was:
Set the height of HTML to auto. This will make the HTML height automatically growing based on the content as user scrolling the safari browser screen and others browser.
