Kindly attend below request:-

Please help to check below issue:

1. This customer unable to activate Single User for FTL. The error shows ‘session expired’.
Already tried clear cache & browsing history but still got same problem.

Salam kak Ilah,

As per conversation, all of the above customers faced session expired due to system unable to find BusinessExceptionClass to display the error message to the customer. The issue NoClassDefFoundError because of WebSphere failed to load the class.
Upon checking the BusinessException class at deployment path before migration, the class existed.
After last night migration to deploy the new bib war file, the system able to display the error message when Penril testing scenario invalid password during login. 

Below is one of the error that the system throws when want to retrieve error message from businessException class to display error "Username or Password is invalid" to customer.
