Please help to check
1) afifahrazak - 15 September 2020 @ 4.36pm (unable to access AGRONetBIZ due to error prompted "system is currently unavailable" when proceed to login, which in result account locked. we have advised the CA to unlock but facing the same problem) - refer attached printscreen.
2) adeknorlida - 17 september 2020 @ 10.12am - 10.27am (unable to access AGRONetBIZ due to error prompted "system is currently unavailable" when proceed to login)
3) lesiuwah - 17 september 2020 @ 10.12am - 10.27am (unable to access AGRONetBIZ due to error prompted "system is currently unavailable" when proceed to login)
4) nordinash - 17 september 2020 @ 11am - (unable to access AGRONetBIZ to reset password for the locked user where error prompted 'Service is currently unavailable' when proceed to login. She even unable to access although she have restart laptop and clear cache.) - refer attached printscreen.
We appreciate your urgent attention as PETRONAS is following up closely on this matter.

All the reported user able to login BIB. Still investigate on how user can got error message "services is currently available, Please try again" as in attached file.

Check with Bank staff on the one of reported user login activity.
Based on login activity, user petrolnasional04 has success perform login on 16/11/2023.
