Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Customer already performed FTL and changed password but unable to login due to error prompt ' Service Currently Unavailable'.
This is happened using Web and Mobile.
Eg: JDM AUTOPARTS & SERVICE

Issue:
CDB user enter username and click Next. Got error service is unavailable.
Finding:
Login page get local from client's computer, not from session.
If the locale language is not English or Malaysia, will get error service is unavailable.
Solution:
Fix get locale from session and default locale as ENGLISH.
- As CDB user, login to CDB.
- Perform any transaction. Example, online and bulk payment.
- Expected result, every user activities are successful.
