BIB customer unable to login as approver with error Session Expired (You have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes. Please login again).

Already advice to clear catch browser history & try different browser (Google Chrome & IE).

Try more than 3 times but still appear same error

Chronology:

Upon checking on the upass.log provided by kak Ilah, the customer was able to login with the correct password based on below log data. Unfortunately, I was unable to check why customer getting session expired as the system.out, system.err unable to provide by kak Ilah due to memory error.

After discussing with kak ilah, the conclusion is to ask the customer to retry login.
At 3.28 pm, 21/20/2020: Kak Ilah inform via whatsapp that the customer is able to login.
