Issue has been resolved.
Finding: Currently, at CDB UAT setting total file size to allow validate for auto debit/auto credit is too small (1).
Issues only happen at UAT. PreProd and Production is not impacted.
Solution: Change total file size to allow validate at CDB UAT setting to be 10000000.
