Upon checking on the provided log, I found that the customer had facing issue session is invalid when access transaction history.
Pending from kak ilah to confirm is the user still unable to access the transaction history and is this user always got session expired each time view the transaction history or AGRONet Transaction history.

19/11/2020 - Customer able to perform a transaction and no new report about unable to view transaction history.
