Description
Issue: Incorrect warning message for document content list when user try to edit the same request which is pending for approval.
Expected : Document is pending approval.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Login as admin maker
2. Click on content management > select Document > click on any document category
3. Select any of content list > edit the content > submit for checker approval.
4. While pending at checker approval tray > try to edit the same request.
5. Error display is 'Notice id pending approval' instead of 'Document is pending approval'

- Change incorrect error description to correct document error description
