Description
Issue:
1. Unable to download Document
2. Document Title max length 100 but Dashboard not able to display all the 100character
Expected Result:
1. Document Link is to download document
2. Dashboard can cater Document Title max length 100.
Actual Result:
System die after click on Document URL.

Please refer below for my comment.
1. Unable to download Document
- previous download function open in same tab, cause error cross origin. Bram had update the download function to open new tab at last Friday. Please check again after deployment done.
2. Document Title max length 100 but Dashboard not able to display all the 100character
- Document title will display with scrollbar in bottom of the document link.
