Issue : Not receive any Email to remind Admin before the Document End Date reached even-though set reminder as YES

Please refer below for the root cause and resolution. Please test after deployment done by end of today.
Please request ken to deploy the batch job also.
Root Cause:
- There is no scheduler job created to send this reminder or notification
Resolution:
- Add new scheduler job to send reminder or notification email.
