Hi Zahir,

Please refer below for the root cause and resolution.
Root Cause:++
Found error unique constraint error when inserting the new token record from DPX file into table TB_AM_VASCO_GLOBAL, which means that the DPX file contains the VASCO serial number already in TB_AM_VASCO_GLOBAL column V_SERIAL_NO.

Resolution:++
Maybank RCAS ID IT team to check on the DPX file and remove those existing token number in table TB_AM_VASCO_GLOBAL.
