Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

Kindly assist to check this error when created new user,

users are trying to create new UAT ID’s but CAS is returning error during the creation.

“CAS Response (Code 11): User ID has been used. Please choose a new one.”

Checking at DB we didn’t find any same ID creation

Found error company parent id not found when insert user profile to database. Requested customer to check the input company id.

Hi Zahir,

Updated reply from last email trace here. Since there is no feedback from customer in 8 day ago, you may ask to closed the case.

Scenario 1. Create new user under PDTFC with user id PDTFC111
Maker Bankadmin user create bank user under PDTFC successfully.

Now Checker Bankadmin user going to check(approved) new bank user then below is the error.

even i checked in to CAS Web this user id does not exist.

Penril Reply :- You get this response from CAS, because the companyId used is not able to be found in the CAS database TB_AM_COMPANY table. It was not because of the user id already existing in the CAS database.

Scenario 2. Transfer user from PDTFC to another TFC

Penril Reply :- From here you can see this NullPointerException is not from CAS response. For those response return from CAS it should be same as what you saw in scenario 1. That's why, this NullPointerException you should check with trade portal support team.
