Hi Zahir,

Please refer below for the solution provided to Customer. I just received information from customer this issue fixed after they implement solution 1, please closed this case.

Solution 1 (Work on RCAS WAS server):
- stop application server and remove all others ojdbc.jar in ' /[WEBSPHERE_HOME]/AppServer/lib/ext' like ojdbc6.jar and ojdbc14.jar.
- add in ojdbc8.jar or ojdbc10.jar into ' /[WEBSPHERE_HOME]/AppServer/lib/ext' and restart the application server.
Solution 2 (Work on Oracle Server)

- Change allow logon client version in sqlnet.ora file under path ' $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/sqlnet.ora'
-Parameter change as below.
SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_CLIENT = 12a
SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER = 12a
