Contact center tried to send an SMS Pin to his mobile number but encounter an error “Service is currently unavailable”.

Kindly investigate & update urgently.

Understand that the issue still persists after we advised to restart upass at 5PM.
Kindly confirm the details of the issue.

Did the user follow below flow to Reset Secure Pass?
1. User perform "Forgot my Password" function - successful reset password
2. User perform "Reset Secure Pass No." function
