No issue found in Preprod version. Suspected user is using outdated mobile application's version.
Sent email to JTM to request user mobile application's version.

Issue:
Authorization list for LHDN not displayed in user mobile app
Finding:
User mobile app is outdated. Also, mobile force update is available in January 2021
Solution:
Request the user to update mobile app
