Kindly attend below request:-
This is to formalize the request raised yesterday. Issue found during user testing in UAT and as per Penril feedback, this is happening in Production.
During the cancellation of bulk ibg, the status of the transaction still in 'R' status, user then click back and retry the cancellation only the correct status displayed. User then found that is was successful the first time as well as second retry and causing the account credited twice.
Please help to investigate and fix the issue.
