Kindly attend below request:-
Please check on below transaction as we received complaint on unable to proceed with DuitNow transfer. As per feedback by HPS, the wrong duitnow type sent by front end. Please check duitnow id choose by customer and what type has been sent to Powercard. The request failed at name enquiry

Finding Old DuitNow ID type was not updated, suspect customer added the DuitNow when DuitNow Phase 1B was reverted and data has not been patched. Solution Customer to delete affected DuitNow ID (account number) at maintenance module or patch DuitNow ID type in the database. Please get database document at below path:- //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20210226_5759_wrong_duitNow_id_type
