Dear Sufian,

As per information provided by KFH, chronology of event as below.
Kindly correct me if the information is incorrect.

13/02/21 - customer reported TAC is sent to old mobile number.
15/02/21 - KFH IT team updated the mobile number using script in IB_UACESS_CREDENTIAL
02/03/21 - issue still persists for the customer.

From the user activity given in WhatsApp, the last activity of the customer was at 01/03/21,
which they tried to login but was unsuccessful due to wrong username or password.
The last TAC request activity was at 13/02/21. This is before the KFH team changed the mobile number using script.

Kindly clarify / confirm below
1. Is there any activity of request TAC after 01/03/21 for this customer?
2. Customer is trying to request a TAC at login (force change password) or Forget my Password?
3. Does the issue still persist?

Dear Sis Shikin,

As per our WhatsApp conversation, we may close this issue since the customer able to login to KFH Online after IT has patched the New Mobile No at the database.

The proposed solutions have given previously in this email subject [Production Issue] SCP ID# 5707 and 5773 - KFH Online issue (Change New Mobile No). Further discussion on the proposed solutions will continue in this email.

Issue closed in SCP.
