Description

Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

We have 100 pieces of token assigned to Provider Beijing earlier as per attached file(Token listing Beijing).
We are unable to reassign these token to other provider i.e Shanghai through front end as per screen shot below. It show 0 instead of 100.
Need your assistance to check and revert to us the root cause and also provide the solution.
Below are steps taken to reassign the token.

Step 1. Choose Assign Token to Provider

Step 2.
Choose Token Level to Provider and click Next

Step 3.
Choose Provider Beijing and Choose Transfer to provider Shanghai but unable to select Number of transfer since the Total token tied to provider is 0 instead of 100

System display as per below error since we are unable to select Number of transfer. Under normal circumstances, we are able to select from 1 to 100.
