Corporate Admin unable to create single user, after select single user and click next, system prompt system is currently unavailable as below screen.

The issue customer receives error message "system is currently unavailable ", due to host response null value and the erroCode from host return AB. Additional log, the response from Host as below, the error show "No account relationships found for this CIF number"
