Kindly attend below request:-
Please help to check on the issue foreign mobile numbers unable to receive TAC SMS.
The customers claimed that they did not receive the TAC since last KFH Internet Banking enhancement.
We already check from ib_uaccess_credential table and found that the inserted number is actually correct.
Below are the impacted customer details:

Please help to check on this issue urgently.

Dear Sufian, Referring to the results provided, the mobile number is correct and there is value for the guid column, meaning that SMS is sent to the customer. Kindly check with MK on this issue, you can provide the guid as reference.
