Description
- Login as Checker
- Access to Authorization>Authorizer Log
- On Advanced Search,
Date From and Date To - displaying label Date format - dd/mm/yyyy
Actual Result: - Select date from date picker
- Date displaying as yyyy/mm/dd
Expected Result:
- Select date from date picker
- Date displaying as dd/mm/yyyy same as sample date format

This issue also happen for below sub-modules:
- Authorization>Pending
- Authorization>Authorization Refund

Dear Bram,
Issue tested and below is the result:
- Authorization>Pending - OK. Tested successfully as expected result
- Authorization>Authorize Refund - NOT OK. Tested failed as system throw service currently unavailable when select the date picker.
- Authorization>Authorizer Log - OK. Tested successfully as expected result

Authorize Refund is not in the CI Portal Scope
