[MOD002: Admin User Maintenance] Error message for User is Pending for Approval - Edit User Admin

Description
Login > Home > ADMIN > Admin User Maintenance > Edit
- Successfully edit user admin details with status Pending Approval
- Click on Back button and system navigate to list of User Admin screen
- Click on others user that not update before
Actual Result:
System throw error message "User is pending for approval" for all users
Expected Result:
System should allow to edit others user
Notes: If click on left navigation menu Home > ADMIN > Admin User Maintenance ,then search the user. Click on user that not edit before, system will allow to edit. The issue is when click on user that pending for approval then click to others user, system will keep prompting the error message "User is pending for approval"
