Hi Liebianto,

Please refer to the below screenshot about the activity performed by user MARIANA01. Please refer below for the step and response code.
- User first perform the force change password. Response Code 0 (Successful change password)
- User login with Username password. Response Code 1 (Invalid credential/Wrong password)
- User login with Username password. Response Code 1 (Invalid credential/Wrong password)
- User login with Username password. Response Code 1 (Invalid credential/Wrong password)
- User locked due to 3 time invalid password.

There was no issue on reset password for user MARIANA01 and user locked was due to user input invalid password 3 times. Please unlock the user and ask the user to try again to login.
