2. To Date must be >= From Date

System allow to choose back dated
Expected Result
Validate based on the requirement above.

Error 500 - System unavailable!

1a. System will display the Edit Participant Subscription Fee Result screen with status Pending Approval

Failed. Error message display "From Date must be same or after Today Date." even-though date is showing today's date.
To change error message to "From Date must equal or greater than Today's Date"

After edit From Date to current or grater, To Date is remain back dated. Click on Next button, system not check To Date value.
