Tested. Below are the findings:

Create Participant Group
To locate details at After State.
(for status Approved and Rejected only. Status Successful and Unsuccessful no issue)

Delete Participant Group
To display NIL at After State (for status Successful and Unsuccessful only. Status Approved and Rejected no issue)

Create Participant User
Currently only display User ID, Email and Company ID. To add more info as per create form.

Edit Participant User
Currently only display User ID, Email and Company ID. To add more info as per edit form.

Delete Participant User
Currently only display User ID, Email and Company ID. To add more info and to display NIL at After State.

• Date display as NIL-NIL
• Report Code display as XXXXX
• Before/After state display no info

Audit Trail Download button - to fix:

Date display as NIL-NIL - When no from date and to date selected in search filter will not have info to show.
    Report Code display as XXXXX - No information about this report code number, temporary putting XXXXX.
    Before/After state display no info - Which info not show? For which activity?

E.g: Date selected 18/05/2021 to 19/05/2021. Displayed as 14/07/2023 - 13/07/2024

Report Code display as XXXXX - noted

Before/After state display no info --> happened to most activity ; create/edit/delete group & create/edit/delete/suspend/unlock user.

1.To remove access to Audit Trail for Participant User as only Participant Admin are allowed to access Audit Trail module.

2. Wrong mapping Activity for below activity.

Expected:
sample activity: Edit Participant User

If Status Pending, Activity should display as Edit Participant User.
If Status Approved / Rejected / Successful, Activity should display as Authorize Edit Participant User.

Fixed done and deployed, please try again. For status successful should not display as authorize, due to successful status will not go though the authorize proceed.
