Kindly attend below request:-

One of our customer facing problem to delete her SI record.
She had done 3 scenario and all the approach are unsuccessful.
Please help to review on the steps that had been done as of below:

1) For first SI deletion, when requesting for TAC, I received “TAC for SI Open JomPAY”. I keyed in the TAC anyway, and received error TAC not valid. I requested TAC again and received another TAC for SI Delete. I keyed in the TAC and deletion successful.
2) For second SI deletion, I repeat the same action as above to confirm if it is just one time issue. Result is the same as above.

3) 3) For third SI deletion, I requested for TAC and received the “TAC for SI Open JomPAY”, however I did not key in the TAC but press Request TAC again to get the second TAC for Delete SI. But, I still receive “TAC for SI Open JomPAY” for second time. That means, we are forced to key in TAC and receive error TAC not valid in order to get TAC for SI Delete. I proceed to key in the TAC and received the error, and then request TAC again and then only SI Deletion is successful. Attached is screenshot and SMS received.
