Proxy Search

1) Dropdown list for Alias Type

• Should have value "All" and set as defaulted to the list

2) Dropdown list for Secondary Type

• To change label name for Other to Others

3) Dropdown list for Status

• To rename Inactive to Suspend
• To display Active and Suspend values only. Please remove others values

Proxy Search Result

1) Column Proxy Type

• To rename "Proxy" to "Alias"

2) Column Acc Holde Type

• To correct wording "Holde" to "Holder"

3) Column Suspend Status

• To rename Suspend to Suspended or Activated Status
• To change the data value of Suspend or Active Status as below:

• if suspend = Suspended by Participant / Host
• if Active = Activated by Participant / Host
• If Active(New/Never changed status before) = -

Proxy View Details
1) To ensure the details is follow the Proxy Result Status
Example:
If the proxy status is Suspended, the details should be suspended
If the proxy status is Activated, the details should be Activated

2) To rename the NAD to Proxy

Download Report

1. Select Alias Type/Secondary Type
2. Click on Search button
3. Click on Download PDF
4. Click on Download Excel

Issue:
No report downloaded when click on Download PDF or Download Excel button

Expected Result:
Able to download the report
