Description
From Non-selected to Selected column:
Move single participant - OK
Move all participant -OK
From selected to non-selected column:
Move single participant - OK
Move all participant - unsuccessful.
Expected:
Successful move all participant from Selected to Non-selected column
This bug impacted to Participant Maintenance > Transaction Fees List as well.

Tested but found new issue where user able to update participant list repeatedly even the previous changes is pending for approval.
Expected:
To display error " Current Participants list have changes pending for approval, no further changes is allowed."
