Kindly attend below request:-
Please help to check why one of our user unable to re-print SI transaction history from the KFHOnline website?
After the user click on the re-print button, KFHOnline only popup and error Windows with message '[ServletException in /jsp/common/ibsReceipt.jsp] null'
Below are details of the transaction:
CUSTOMER NAME: SYAFINI BINTI SAID
TIMESTAMP: 18/5/2021 - 2:43PM

Our findings is that the print receipt function for SI Open JomPAY was not implemented by the previous vendor.
We will proceed to close this issue.
We will follow up on the request in SCP ID#5856 "Please add print receipt function for SI open Jompay"
Issue closed in SCP.
