-Some minor look and feel changes
-NIL validation for null fields
-Passing parameter for reportID and fromDate and toDate
-check against the IBUtils logic for conditional fields

- Updated the query to cater for FROM DATE and TO DATE parameter besides passing the required fields only
- Added the NO DATA section
- Added the required parameters
- Minor fixes on look and feel and image path
