Tested. Issue still persist.
Email pending approval notification still not received for Maker & Checker acknowledgement.
Only email notification for Maker & Checker acknowledgement received as usual after approval process.

Dear Chee Onn,
Retested today. Also ask Akmal to test and issue still persist.
Step 1
1. User access to Transaction History module.
2. System display Transaction History List
3. User click on “Eye” image icon to view the details.
Step 2:
1. System shows the selected Transaction History details
2. User Click on Dispute button.
Step 3:
1. System shows the Dispute Transaction page
2. User select on Assignee and input reason.
3. User click on Submit button
Not received pending approval email for Maker & Checker

Now, no email received (Maker & Checker) for pending approval notification and after approval/Reject process.

Hi Zahir,
There is new changes in send email services to fulfill the configuration in PTAP server. I already reconfigure the email settings in Penril Server. You may now try again on the send email.
