Every time error occur required Azyan to replace the cert on websphere manually. But currently the issue haven reoccur while cdb1a is down, required further observation after deploy Najmi fix's.

After Fix's done by Najmi in code to prevent double debit. From the observation, IBM WebSphere could update the cacerts in "/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java/8.0/jre/lib/security".
To avoid similar case happen again, Chee Ping suggested we move the key to other directory.
Tested in SIT/UAT, no issue reoccur so far.
