Description
The appearance of the IP address on the Audit Trail is inconsistent, sometimes it appears, sometimes it doesn't.
Expected Result:
The IP Address should be appear on Audit Trail

Hi Bram,
Kindly assist to fix in Participant Audit Trail module too. Tested by Ayu in PTAP server, IP address display empty in Participant Audit Trail.

Tested by Ayu on 22/06/2012. IP address Issue have been fixed but at before & after state still display HTML code.As discussed, kindly remove html code inside the message template for

Reported issue have been successful retest and passed.
but for Edit Message Template Activity, there's no Before after state display blank during pending status.
