Description
Update new password doesn't meet requirement, still success, but can't login with New Password
Actual Result:
Successfully change the password which doesn't meet requirement, but can't login with New Password. Still login with Old Password
Expected Result:
Password does not comply to the password complexity requirement

Hi Akmal,
Current change password and force change password had been bypass and always return successful without integrate with PTAP Ldap authenticate server. Fix by unbypass and this fixed will deploy to Ptap server in next release, which is release beta.6 .
