Description

Please check on the ESB log as our customer unable to perform IPAY trans due to beneficiary account not found.
We have checked Powercard for IBG services and the service is UP.

Not an issue.

Root caused : This problem is due to customer has multiple entries (old records) of bank card in Powercard system.
