Description
1) Incorrect Report Name
Current:
ParticipantListReport
Expected:
ParticipantList_DDMMYYYY
2) Report display as null value in the columns(refer to attachment)
Bank Code, Participant Type, Institution Type
3) To remove column Services and replace with Address
4) To remove Last Modified Date and replace with Status
5) To remove column Participant ID
6) To rearrange the column positions as below:

7) Missing row in the report for Min.-Max. Occurrence: 0-n and Min.-Max. Occurrence: 1-1

but statement below is not valid, that is not a row, that is the just to know that detail will have min and max number of detail. will not show in report there.

Feedback on the fixes:
1) Incorrect Report Name - Tested and Passed.
2) Report display as null value in the columns - Tested and Passed.
3) To remove column Services and replace with Address - Tested and Passed.
4) To remove Last Modified Date and replace with Status - Cannot find the Status Column. Kindly assist.
5) To remove column Participant ID - Tested and Passed.
6) To rearrange the column positions as below: - Tested and Passed

7) Missing row in the report for Min.-Max. Occurrence: 0-n and Min.-Max. Occurrence: 1-1 - Noted on the explanation.
8) Missing info/fields for Total Direct Participant and Total Indirect Participant - Fields Display but the counts seem not tally. Total from the list is 10 but at Total Direct Participant display 8 only. (Refer attachment)
