Description
1. create content (NOTICES & DOCUMENT) and selected Target Audience = Customize and then added bank.
2. Click Save, after save then error
Error: Session Expired
Found additional issue, during content creation, if select customize Target Audience but unchecked on Bank checkbox, click Save or Next.
Error message is "Merchant or Bank Checkbox is not ticked". Kindly assist to remove Merchant wording.

- System clear date after select customize audience and system throw date is empty again and unable to save.
- To fix issue for edit content (NOTICE & DOCUMENT) scenario, also found that system logged out when edit content, selected Target Audience = Customize and then added bank.

note: for the issue system logged out when customize and then added bank, if the issue still occure please test by creating the new one and then edit.

Found another issue,
After click on add bank button, at Select Bank screen, not tick to any Bank checkbox, then click Next button, error 'Please Select Bank' display at Checkbox column. To display error on top of bank table. Happens to both NOTICE and DOCUMENT during create & edit.
