Customer unable to create single user due an error " you have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes''. Please login ( session expired) : 9.06 a.m
We from Contact centre already assist for clear browser history / clear cache and request customer to retry with new browser but the transaction still failed to set up with error session expired.
Kindly assist regarding this issue.
